Ryan Clements is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Treasury & Risk at Universal Partners since March 2023, where responsibilities include liquidity and credit risk management, as well as producing board packs and assisting with FCA submissions. Prior to this role, Ryan held positions such as Liquidity & Treasury Analyst, where proficiency in credit underwriting and risk reporting was demonstrated, and Asset and Liability Management Analyst at BGC Partners, focusing on liquidity management and regulatory reporting. Ryan's earlier experiences include a shop assistant role at Spirit Brands LTD, where customer interaction skills were honed, and working in the venues team at UEA Students' Union, achieving recognition for sales performance. Ryan holds a Masterā€™s degree in Finance and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, both from the University of East Anglia, and is pursuing a Certificate in Treasury from the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
