Brian M Gielbeda has extensive work experience spanning several industries. Brian M currently holds the position of Senior Director, Digital & Technology PMO at Universal Destinations & Experiences, a role they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Healthfirst, where they held various positions including Program Director - Enterprise Delivery Services and Director, Enterprise Program Management Office - Delivery. In these roles, they led a large-scale Enterprise wide portfolio, program, and team level SAFe transformation and was responsible for the development and mentoring of Agile, Scrum, Project, Program, and Portfolio Leaders. Before their time at Healthfirst, they were Director, Global Service Design & Delivery and Director, Global Programs at IPC Systems, Inc. Brian M was responsible for transforming the strategy of the Global Service and Design organization, managing the delivery of projects, and overseeing revenue and budget management. Earlier in their career, Brian was Director of Projects Eastern Region at INIT Innovations in Transportation, Inc. where they managed a team of project managers, system engineers, and other personnel and was responsible for project execution, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Brian M Gielbeda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Hofstra University between 2001 and 2005. Brian M also obtained a Certificate in Digital Transformation in Healthcare from Columbia Business School in 2021. In 2004, Brian received a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Academy Leadership. Furthermore, they completed a Masters Certification in Project Management from The George Washington University between 2003 and 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Brian M Gielbeda has obtained several certifications. In August 2022, they completed the Healthfirst Trailblazer ASCENT: Navigator program offered by Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning. In July 2022, Brian earned a certification in Finance and Accounting for the Nonfinancial Professional from Emeritus. Furthermore, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2007 and a GWCPM certification (GWCPM) from George Washington University in the same year. Brian also received a SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in September 2017 and a SAFe Program Consultant SPC 4.0 certification from the same institution in October 2016.
