Phil Harmon is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as President of Universal Fibers, Inc. since September 2016, Phil has full P&L accountability and oversees global sales and marketing initiatives. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Carter Mario PC, where operational restructuring and LEAN practices were introduced, and Uretek/Archer, LLC, where Phil managed the business realignment. With a long tenure at Saint-Gobain Technical Fabrics Americas, Phil held multiple leadership positions, including General Manager - Americas and Director of Finance & IT, driving significant business transformations. Phil holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine.
