Kristi Miao serves as the Deputy General Manager at Taicang Universal Fibers since January 2022. Additionally, Kristi holds the position of Asia HRD and previously worked as HR Manager at Universal Fibers, Inc. since November 2007. In terms of education, Kristi obtained a Master of Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management from East China Normal University, completing the degree between 2015 and 2018.
