Mr. Elzweig is a graduate of Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Sciences earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the States of Florida and Colorado with 45 years of experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, real estate development, engineering, design, construction, and business start-ups. In addition, Mr. Elzweig has met the requirements for designation as a Fellow with the American Society of Civil Engineers (ā€œASCEā€), registration by the Structural Engineering Certification Board (ā€œSECBā€), by the State of Florida as a Special Inspector, Standard Building Inspector and Radon Measurement Specialist.
