Ana Lora Escobar has worked in various roles in the scientific and laboratory fields since 2009. Ana began their career as an Intern at the Centro Andaluz de Biología del Desarrollo, where they performed Molecular Biology and Cell Cultures for various research projects under the supervision of Doctor Guillermo López Lluch. In 2011, they worked as a Laboratory Technician at MIcroal - Técnicos en Agroalimentación, where they analyzed various parameters and pathogens in food and water samples using ELISA, real-time PCR and other classic microbiological techniques. In 2013, they worked as a Laboratory Technician for IPROMA and then in 2014 they worked as a Biomolecular analyst at Thomson Reuters, where they detected macromolecular interactions in scientific publications and then entered them into a global database accessible to clients. Finally, in 2015, they worked as a Laboratory Data Manager and Técnico Superior de Laboratorio at Universal Diagnostics SL.

Ana Lora Escobar's education history includes a Licenciatura in Biotecnología from Universidad Pablo de Olavide (2005-2010), a Máster en Agroalimentación from Universidad de Córdoba (2011-2011), a Curso in Control Alimentario from Universidad y Formación (2013-2013), an Estadística para investigadores from Universidad de Salamanca (2014-2014), and a Certificado de Extensión Universitaria in Cromatografía Líquida (HPLC) para Técnicos de Laboratorio from Universidad Pablo de Olavide (2015-2016).
