She is known for her administrative ability, she has also published a book named; “Second Second” based on Time Management. Ms. Patil has been honoured with numerous positions and awards such as the ‘Kartutya Gourav Puraskar’, ‘Mahila Bhushan Puraskar’, ‘Corporate Ratna Media Puraskar’, `Innovative Publisher and Exhibitor Award’, ‘Aryabhushan Puraskar’ to name a few.
