Barbara A. Powers has over two decades of experience in operations management and quality assurance within various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Public Records at Universal Background Screening since March 2020, Barbara has previously held leadership roles including Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor. At Morneau Shepell/Ceridian, Barbara excelled as Benefits Operations Manager, effectively managing a call center during significant transitions. Experience at First Advantage included overseeing operations across multiple centers with a large team, while earlier roles at Kroll focused on quality assurance and remote team management. Barbara's educational background includes studies at SUNY at New Paltz from 1983 to 1985.
