Mindi Concialdi has over two decades of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the People & Talent Strategy Architect at Univera Healthcare since October 2002. Mindi has led significant initiatives, including the Recruiting Workstream for Workday Implementation and the project for PhenomPeople CRM Implementation, while executing recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's Lifetime Way Values. Prior roles include Manager, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Acquisition Consultant III at Univera Healthcare, as well as a Recruiter at Manpower and Spherion Staffing, and a Human Resources Assistant at Sodexo, where Mindi developed critical HR databases and analyzed employee turnover. Mindi holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego.
