Benjamin De Groef has extensive experience in sales and organizational change management, primarily at Univar Solutions since August 2008, currently serving as Head of Organizational Change Management and Continuous Improvement for Benelux, as well as Head of Sales for Chemicals & Services in Belgium and the Netherlands. With a proven track record of leading teams and driving sales growth, Benjamin has overseen various divisions, managing up to 17 sales professionals while implementing strategic action plans and focusing on performance metrics. Prior experience includes roles at Metro Cash and Carry as a management trainee. Benjamin holds a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Antwerp, obtained between 2001 and 2007.
