Joy Ledbetter is the VP of Support Services and Chief Human Resources Officer at UnityPoint Health. Prior to their current position, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Customer Service at Methodist Medical Center of Illinois from November 2010 to January 2014. In their role at Methodist Medical Center, they were responsible for overseeing the human resources and customer service departments. Joy has extensive experience in both areas, and has been able to use their skills to improve the overall operations of UnityPoint Health.

Joy Ledbetter has a MBA in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield and a BS in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University.

They are on a team with Jeanine Spain - VP & Chief Operating Officer, John Miller - VP, Medical Affairs, and Laurie Shanderson - Chancellor, Methodist College. Their manager is Keith Knepp, Regional President & CEO, Peoria.
