Sally-Ann Johnson is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in patient experience and community engagement. Currently serving as the Manager of Patient Experience at Unity Health Toronto since March 2018, Sally-Ann has previously held multiple managerial roles at St. Joseph's Health Centre in Toronto from 2001 to 2018, focusing on patient and family relations as well as community engagement. Prior to these managerial positions, Sally-Ann worked as a social worker in both psychiatry and chronic care settings at St. Joseph's Health Centre from 1994 to 2001. Sally-Ann holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western University and a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University.
