Michał Olko has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 as a Sales Consultant and Junior Sales Consultant at Impel HR Service. Michał later became the Regional Sales Manager at Impel HR Service, where they focused on sales expansion and managed the sales team. In 2008, they became the Head of Sales New Business at Monster Polska, where they executed sales strategies and managed the sales team. Michał then served as the CEO of Tracecoin, a role they held from 2012 to 2014. Later, they worked at Online Solutions as a Sales Manager, where they executed sales strategies and collaborated with management on IT projects. Afterwards, at Datarino, they became the Head of Sales, a position they held from 2015 to 2018. Michał then worked as a Sales Executive at proCat, before joining United Robots as the Business Development Manager, where they focus on converting machines into intelligent AI devices.
Michał Olko earned a Master's degree in Economics from the Academy of Economics in Cracow, where they studied from 2000 to 2005.
