Quinton Lucas, MD, MBA, FAAFP, serves as the Lead Physician at Ro since April 2018 and holds the role of Digital Health Consultant and CEO at QLucasMD, LLC, where responsibilities include community healthcare advocacy and research on health disparities. Quinton collaborates with UnitedHealth Group and previously worked as a Family Physician and Clinical Informaticist at MedStar Health while also holding a leadership position at Molina Healthcare. Quinton's early career includes a Clinical Instructor position at The George Washington University Hospital and urgent care experience at Kaiser Permanente. Education includes an MD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an MBA from UMass Amherst, and a BS from Duke University.
