Kshitiz Johar has over 19 years of experience in workforce management, currently serving as Director of Workforce Management at UnitedHealth Group since May 2014, following roles as Associate Director and Senior Manager. Kshitiz also holds a managerial position in Workforce Management within the Planning and RTA verticals since July 2011 and has been involved with IBM Global Process Services as a Manager in WFM since January 2004.
