Grant Soltes is a dedicated professional currently pursuing a degree in Public Health at Virginia Tech, with an extensive background in public health initiatives and aquatic management. Since May 2017, Grant has interned at the Town of Andover's Health Department, contributing to various projects such as investigations into property concerns and the creation of public safety campaigns. Grant has also held multiple roles within the aquatics sector, including Director of Aquatics and Lifeguards, where supervision, training, and safety management were key responsibilities. Additionally, Grant has experience as a lifeguard and swim instructor at the Andover YMCA, focusing on safety, fitness, and healthy living. Work experience also includes a position as a Food Delivery Driver at DoorDash during the COVID-19 pandemic. Grant graduated from Andover High School with a diploma prior to embarking on higher education.
