Paul Kruggel has extensive experience in both officiating and military leadership, currently serving as an Olympic Styles Referee for United World Wrestling since 2003 and as a Wrestling Referee for the Ohio High School Athletic Association since 1989. In addition to these roles, Paul has been the Field Services Supervisor at The Ohio State University since December 2017 and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 2 from the Ohio Army National Guard in December 2022. Previous military roles include Warrant Officer and Staff Sergeant in the Ohio Army National Guard and Major in the Marine Corps, with significant operational experience both domestically and abroad. Paul also held various leadership and human resources positions in the private sector, including Vice President of Dairy Operations at Kruggel Farms Inc and HR Manager for Creative Memories. Paul holds a B.S. in Agriculture, Dairy Science from The Ohio State University.
