Mitch Massey possesses extensive experience in philanthropy and marketing leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Philanthropy Officer at United Way, Mitch has previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer at The Foundation at Hearst Castle and Chief Philanthropy/Marketing Officer at First Tee. As the Founder and CEO of iiiT inc., Mitch demonstrated entrepreneurial acumen, and as Executive President of Marketing, Business Development, and Foundation President at Heritage Oaks Bank, robust leadership skills were showcased. Mitch's educational background includes attendance at the University of Southern California from 1979 to 1982 and completion of the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing from 2006 to 2010.
