Loleader Valentine currently serves as a Community Health Worker at United Way, focusing on creating connections between vulnerable populations and healthcare providers, facilitating navigation of healthcare and social service systems, and advocating for underserved communities. From August 2013 to September 2022, Loleader worked as a Community Healthcare Advocate for the Martinsville and Henry County Coalition for Health and Wellness, assisting patients in overcoming barriers to medical appointments. Additionally, Loleader's experience includes roles at CONTACT as a Crisis Help Line operator and Citizens Against Family Violence as a Front Office Administrator. Loleader holds an Associate's degree in Human Services from Patrick & Henry Community College, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
