Hanna Maechtle serves as the Director of Essential Needs & Nonprofit Engagement at the United Way of Sheboygan County since January 2025. Prior to this role, Hanna Maechtle worked at Rogers Behavioral Health from July 2017 to January 2025, initially as an Outreach and Training Specialist and subsequently as a Community Learning and Engagement Training Specialist. In these positions, Hanna Maechtle collaborated with various stakeholders to identify educational and service needs, managed statewide training contracts, developed curriculum content, and participated in national partnerships focused on health and mental health advocacy. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Assistant under Dr. Amy Herstein-Gervaiso, a Sales Floor Student Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and internships at PEACEFUL SOLUTIONS COUNSELING, INC. and FRIENDS, Inc. Hanna Maechtle holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, earned in 2017.
