Marisa Luse serves as a Program Officer for Strategic Events & Engagements at United Way of Rhode Island since October 2022, while also working as a Research Analyst Consultant for Tufts University, focusing on child maltreatment research. Throughout the years, Marisa has held various leadership roles, including Roxbury Community Champion at Vital Village Networks and Special Assistant to the Director of Neighborhood Partnerships & Programs at Northeastern University. Marisa's previous experience encompasses positions such as Director of Programming at Discover Roxbury and Director of Survivor Outreach Services at the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute. Marisa's educational background includes a BS in Political Science from Northeastern University and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management & Leadership from Boston University.
