Christopher Mitchell is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service and community engagement roles. Currently serving as Team Lead II at the United Way of Northeast Florida since August 2022, Christopher excels in crisis intervention, operational efficiency, and training support. Prior positions include Personal Shopper at Shipt, Field Organizer for Trayce Polson's City Council campaign, and Customer Service Team Lead at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, among others. Christopher has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, contributing to enhanced service delivery and community outreach. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government at Jacksonville University, Christopher continues to embody a commitment to client advocacy, effective communication, and the mission of serving the community.
