Phyllis Mastin is an experienced executive assistant with a diverse background in administrative support across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Community Impact and the Chief Operating Officer at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley since June 2015, Phyllis has previously held roles including Field Contractor at Hollister Staffing and Legal Assistant at InterGen. Prior experience includes significant positions at the Massachusetts Medical Society, Eaton Vance, Heidrick & Struggles, and Fidelity Investments, where responsibilities ranged from managing calendars and travel arrangements for C-level executives to processing invoices and coordinating project meetings. Phyllis holds a diploma from Arlington High School and furthered education at Dutchess BOCES-School of Practical Nursing and Krissler Business Institute, obtaining certifications in nursing and office technology respectively.
