Tiffani Beissel is an experienced Volunteer Manager with a strong background in volunteer coordination, currently serving at the United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg since June 2022. Previously, Tiffani held the role of Volunteer Coordinator at RCASA, where responsibilities included recruiting, training, retaining, and managing volunteers, as well as designing a comprehensive 40-hour training curriculum. Tiffani has also worked as a Student Mentor at Germanna Community College and as an Executive Administrator for the Boys & Girls Club of the Rappahannock Region, providing administrative support, grant writing, and office management. Tiffani holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Old Dominion University and multiple qualifications from Germanna Community College, including an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Psychology and a Paraprofessional Counseling Certificate.
