Prior to this role, Tina held the position of Human Resources and Compliance Manager at Tennessee Cancer Specialists, PLLC from March 2012 to May 2022. Tina Dell's extensive experience in human resources and compliance has contributed to the development and implementation of effective people and culture strategies in their current and previous organizations.
