Jean Palmer Heck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communication, training, and community service. Currently serving as a Community Volunteer and committee member with United Way of Central Indiana, Jean focuses on early childhood education and gender equity. As the President of Real-Impact Inc. since 1993, Jean specializes in executive communication coaching and speech design, offering expertise in delivering difficult conversations and empowering leaders. With a background that includes roles as a visiting lecturer at Vilnius University, a professional speaker at NAMIC, and past president of the National Speakers Association Indiana Chapter, Jean has contributed significantly to the fields of communication and conflict resolution. Additional volunteer efforts with Paws & Think highlight dedication to improving reading skills among at-risk children. Jean holds a Bachelor of Science summa cum laude in Communication Arts from Xavier University.
