Tiffany Buss is an experienced professional with a strong background in resource development and administrative support. Currently serving as the Manager of Resource Development at United Way California Capital Region since July 2021, Tiffany previously held the position of Administrative Assistant. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Associate at Polo Ralph Lauren from May 2017 to January 2023, and serving as the Fund Development Coordinator at LifeSTEPS from February 2020 to March 2021. Tiffany holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Nevada, Reno, earned between 2015 and 2019.
