Mark Pannell is a seasoned professional in property development with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Director of Property Development at United Trust Bank Limited since April 2018, Mark has advanced through various roles including Senior Manager and Manager in the same division. Prior to this, Mark was a Portfolio Manager at Titlestone Property Finance, overseeing a £250 million senior debt property development portfolio. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant Lending Manager at Bank of Cyprus UK and Credit Delivery Officer at Lloyds Bank. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Portsmouth, obtained in 2010.
