Georgie Reisser-Weston is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at United Trust Bank Limited since January 2014, Georgie is responsible for the comprehensive management of the HR function, encompassing areas such as compensation, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. Prior to this, Georgie held HR Director positions at Malpass Consulting Ltd and SVG Capital, where skillfully established HR functions and coached senior leadership on performance and change management. Additional experience includes significant roles at Schroder Investment Management and Merrill Lynch, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and diversity implementation. Georgie holds a BA in Modern Languages from the University of London and a Masters in European HR Management and Industrial Relations from Keele University.
