The Governance Team at United Theological Seminary is responsible for overseeing the institution's strategic direction, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and fostering a culture of accountability. Composed of trustees and key leadership, the team works collaboratively to guide the seminary in fulfilling its mission to develop leaders who make disciples of Jesus Christ, while also addressing institutional policies and long-term planning.
