Ronnie Kadykowski has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Ronnie started their career as a Play-by-Play Announcer for Notre Dame Sports Properties, covering various sports events. Ronnie then worked as a News Producer for Notre Dame Television. After that, Ronnie served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Farkas Eye Black, where they conducted interviews with NFL athletes and developed marketing strategies.

Ronnie's interest in the entertainment industry led him to internships at Shine America, where they drafted contracts and analyzed licensing agreements for television shows. Ronnie also interned at HBO, where they gained experience in business affairs and participated in the intern program for participations and residuals.

During their time at Pepperdine University, Ronnie worked as a Student Affairs Intern and Assistant Resident Director, as well as an Athletic Compliance Legal Intern.

Ronnie also completed a Summer Legal Internship at SAG-AFTRA, where they assisted in research and drafting materials for in-house attorneys and prepared arbitration materials.

Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, Ronnie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. During their time at Notre Dame, Ronnie specialized in Marketing, Film Television & Theatre (FTT), and Journalism. In addition, Ronnie also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and Film, Television & Theatre from the University of Notre Dame.
