Marcus Bartlett has a strong background in design and creative direction. Marcus started their career in 1999 as a Designer at Enterprise IG and then moved on to work as a Senior Designer at Futurebrand in 2004. In 2006, they joined Siegel+Gale as a Design Director. After spending five years there, they transitioned to a Creative Director role at FutureBrand, where they worked from 2011 to 2013. Since 2013, Marcus has been working at United Talent Agency, initially as a Creative Director and then as an Executive Creative Director. Currently, they hold the position of SVP Head of Design at United Talent Agency.

Marcus Bartlett earned a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Michigan. Marcus attended the university from 1995 to 1998.
