Jacob Cole has significant experience in union representation and labor relations, currently serving as a Staff Representative for United Steelworkers (USW) since May 2012, where responsibilities include servicing local unions in District 7. Additionally, Jacob Cole has been employed at Cleveland-Cliffs since September 2007, holding the position of Griever at 4SP and working as a Maintenance Mechanic. Recently, Jacob Cole completed the Trade Union Program, focusing on Union Management and Leadership, at Harvard Law School in early 2023, and previously attended Purdue University Northwest from 2005 to 2006.
