Kenneth Holmes is an experienced military professional currently serving in the Joint Staff, J8, Capabilities and Acquisition Division of the United States Space Force since February 2020, where responsibilities include providing critical support for resourcing decisions and coordinating the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process. Prior roles include Senior Executive Officer to the Vice Chief of Space Operations, Deputy Director of Staff at both the USSF and Air Force Space Command, and Squadron Commander at the 23rd Space Operations Squadron. Kenneth has held various leadership positions within the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and the United States Air Force, demonstrating expertise in operations, strategy, and missile defense. Kenneth holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Arts in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies and another in Education, from institutions such as the USAF Air War College and National University, respectively.
