Deanne Otto, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Training & Talent Development for the 2nd Space Analysis Squadron at the United States Space Force since January 2024. With a strong background in education and training, Deanne has held positions such as Mentor and Online Faculty at Walden University since 2007, and a Statistician at Ardent Technologies Inc. from September 2022 to October 2023. Previous roles include Senior Training and Development Specialist at both Zenetex and General Dynamics Information Technology, and Associate Director of Medical Education & Professor at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Deanne's extensive experience in educational management and research also features engagements with Northcentral University and Riverside Research, among others. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Teaching & Learning from the University of North Dakota, a Master's in Aerospace Studies, and a Faculty Certificate in Artificial Intelligence Essentials from Walden University.
