Dorinda Espino, a dedicated and experienced professional, currently serves as the Division Chief of J13 Operations & Manning at United States Southern Command. Prior to this role, Dorinda held various leadership positions in the United States Marine Corps, including Aide-de-Camp for the 1st Marine Division and Company Executive Officer for Engineer Company. With a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Health and Wellness from Tulane University, Dorinda brings a strong educational background to their current position.
