Juan Uro is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Partner and Americas Leader at EY's Center for Executive Leadership, as well as Partner and US-East Region Leader for EY-Parthenon, Uro specializes in advising C-suite executives on strategy, corporate finance, and transformation. Uro also holds board positions with the U.S. Soccer Federation and New York Road Runners. Previously, Uro was Executive Vice President of League Finance & Global Strategy for the NBA, where responsibilities included strategic growth initiatives and financial planning. Additionally, Uro spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company as a Partner in the Strategy and Corporate Finance Practice.
