Mo Merritt, PhD, currently serves as a Sport Performance Specialist at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee and as a Holistic Player Development Coach at Sacred Heart Schools in Atherton. With a strong background in performance optimization, Mo has previously directed a high-performance program for the Auburn University ROTC, conducted research on sport psychology, and implemented player development strategies for organizations such as the Arizona Diamondbacks and USA Team Handball. Mo holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Auburn University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Nova Southeastern University. Mo’s expertise includes evidence-based performance strategies, individualized development plans, and integrated wellness programs.
