Benjamin Richards is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently serving as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. International Trade Commission since June 2016, Benjamin previously worked as a Trial Attorney in the Intellectual Property Section of the U.S. Department of Justice from August 2010 to June 2016, where responsibilities included litigating patent, trademark, and copyright matters. Benjamin has also made significant contributions to legal education as a Professorial Lecturer at The George Washington University Law School, guiding law students in scholarly writing and research.
