Mufaddal Moiz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, currently serving as Senior Manager at the United States Institute of Peace since September 2015, where responsibilities include designing program-level Results Measurement Systems and conducting impact evaluations. Previously, Mufaddal held the position of Manager at the same organization, developing strategies for community resilience and managing contracts for M&E studies. Mufaddal has also contributed to the National Democratic Institute as a Manager of Monitoring and Evaluation, overseeing a multi-million dollar USAID program and presenting evaluation systems at prominent conferences. Early career experience includes roles at Leadership for Environment and Development (LEAD) and as an intern with the United Nations Development Program. Mufaddal holds an MSc in International Relations and a diploma in French from the National University of Modern Languages.
