Bileh Dougsiyeh is a Program Manager for Horn of Africa and Regional Initiatives at the United States Institute of Peace, with experience in managing programs and projects in various roles. Previously, Bileh served as a Program Management Officer II and I at Democracy International, overseeing projects in Bangladesh and Pakistan, providing research support, and managing program budgets. Bileh has held positions such as Penn Kemble Fellow at the National Endowment for Democracy, and various roles at Global Communities, including managing communications and program reporting for the YIEDIE program. Additional experience includes work as a Project Assistant at the National Democratic Institute, as a WINGSLeader for an educational program in Fulton County Schools, and as a Senior Fellow for Jason Carter for Governor. Bileh holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from The American University of Paris and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia State University.
