Arielle Hernandez Lavadenz is an accomplished professional with significant experience in communications, development, and project management within various non-profit organizations. Currently serving as Development Manager at UN Women USA since March 2016, Arielle plays a critical role in overseeing the National Committee's operations and contributes to advocacy efforts through letter writing for federal fundraising initiatives. Previously, Arielle held the position of Chair on the Executive Committee of the Civil Society Working Group for Women, Peace & Security at the United States Institute of Peace, and was involved in outreach and communication as Communications Coordinator for the Campaign to Elect a Woman UN Secretary-General.
