C. Andrew Coulomb is an experienced leader in museum operations and administration, currently serving as the Director of Planning and Administration at the Levine Institute for Holocaust Education within the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum since October 2024. Previously, C. Andrew held significant roles including Chief Finance, Operating and People Officer at International Arts & Artists, and Chief Operating Officer at Capital Jewish Museum, where responsibilities encompassed financial management, strategic planning, and operational oversight. C. Andrew has also contributed as the Director of Operations & Capital Projects at The Valentine, a MAP Peer Reviewer for the American Alliance of Museums, and Director of Operations & Facility Management at the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art. Earlier roles included Interim Executive Director and Deputy Director at the Virginia Holocaust Museum. C. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Arts in Museum Practice and Management from Ulster University.
