Kathryn Belanger is an experienced professional in the golf industry, currently serving as the Director of Rules and Championships at the United States Golf Association (USGA), a position held since June 2014. Belanger has progressed through various roles at the USGA, including Assistant Director of Rules Education and Engagement and Manager of Rules Communications. Prior experience includes serving as a Tournament Coordinator Intern at the Illinois Junior Golf Association and various roles at Loras College, including Event Coordinator Intern and Athletic Office Intern. Kathryn Belanger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management and Business from Loras College, earned in 2014.
