Julius Jasper is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing and overseeing technology infrastructure within various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology for the United States Courts since January 2016, Julius leads the strategic administration and management of IT systems for multiple court units, encompassing network systems, application development, and courtroom technology. Previously, Julius held the role of IT Manager at the Ohio Department of Administrative Services, focusing on Microsoft Active Directory and developing security governance strategies. Prior experience includes a consultancy position at KiZAN Technologies, providing infrastructure strategy and project planning. Julius holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technologies from Southern New Hampshire University.
