Rachel Heftler is the Director of IT Services and Head of Strategic Enterprise Technologies at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, where Rachel has been working since February 1993. Rachel is also a USCC Chaplain at the United States Chaplain Corps since March 2022. Rachel holds an MBA in Business Management & Marketing from Baruch College, and a BBA and BA in International Business/Trade/Commerce from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
