Todd’s background includes serving as an Accredited Financial Counselor, where personalized financial planning for clients was prioritized, and as a Financial Planning Counselor, facilitating workshops for service members and their families. Educational credentials encompass two master’s degrees in Public Administration and Human Resources Management, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Political Science.
