David Hall has extensive experience in both the civilian and military sectors. Serving as a Sr. Buyer at EMCOR Facilities Services since 1998, David specializes in cradle-to-grave facilities maintenance contract management for clients in the manufacturing sector, overseeing hard and soft services. Previous roles include Sr. Project Manager and Project Manager focusing on client transitions and preventive maintenance programs. In the Ohio Army National Guard, David serves as the State Food Service NCO and has held several leadership positions, including Sexual Assault Coordinator and First Sergeant within various units, demonstrating a commitment to soldier welfare and operational readiness. David continues to enhance professional skills through ongoing education, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Project Management and Leadership.
