Alexander Kelly, CFCS, currently serves as a Senior Budget Analyst for the US Army since September 2022. Previously, Alexander worked as a Financial Management Analyst at DFAS from August 2016 to February 2023 and as an Anti-Money Laundering Analyst at KeyBank, where responsibilities included conducting investigations and ensuring compliance with regulations. Alexander's experience also includes serving as an In-Room Dining Supervisor at Pebble Beach Resorts, managing a team and overseeing departmental operations, and as an Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operator in the US Army, executing reconnaissance missions. Earlier roles featured project management responsibilities at Kelly Construction. Alexander holds a Master of Arts in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and an Associate of Arts in Math and Science from Daytona State College.
