Ian McCallum is an accomplished soccer coach and educator with extensive experience in various coaching and instructional roles. Currently serving as the Director of Coaching at Bainbridge Island FC since March 2009, McCallum also holds positions as a Grassroots Instructor for the US Soccer Federation since April 2017 and a Coach Education Instructor for United Soccer Coaches and Washington Youth Soccer. Previous experience includes coaching varsity boys soccer at Bainbridge High School, women's soccer at Augsburg College, and overseeing coaching education for the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association and Coon Rapids Soccer. McCallum has a solid educational background in sport coaching with sports development from Abertay University.
